Qapable opens straight into a workspace stored on your device. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to wait for.
Open the app
No account, no sign-in, no email address. The workspace is created on your iPhone the first time you open it.
Record as you go
Add the roles you are chasing, what each one requires, and the evidence you want to reuse. A labelled demonstration dataset is included if you would rather look around first.
Keep it moving
See what needs attention next, ranked by ordinary operational priority — what is overdue, then what is due soon. No scoring, and no judgement of you.
The app contacts no server, because there is no server
Qapable is local-first on purpose. Your workspace lives in your iPhone's own storage, which is why it keeps working with no connection — and why nothing about your search is uploaded, analysed or aggregated by us or by anyone else.
Hexosys Pty Ltd does not receive what you enter, does not store it on servers, and cannot see it.

- No third-party service SDK, and fonts are bundled rather than fetched
- No artificial-intelligence provider receives your information
- No applications are submitted on your behalf
- No connection to external job platforms, applicant-tracking systems, calendars or email

The one place information leaves your device is if you export a file yourself, or choose to email our support address.
